The client is a well-established insurance broker who is looking to develop their commercial team and bring on an executive within their Cardiff office. Having well established relationships with a range of insurers they have the ability to place business easily and assist the executives to thrive within the role. Through continued success they are looking to grow and always provide the best service to their clients.

The Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial / corporate account executive to establish themselves in a growing and developing company.

The role would be to develop and manage a book of corporate / commercial clients. You will be tasked with developing new business and establishing yourself within the industry and furthering the reputation of the broker. They are looking for someone who has fresh new ideas to identify gaps in the market and how you will go about developing business and gaining leads. You will be given back office support so you can focus on the service given to your clients.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

  • Strong technical experience when dealing with commercial insurance
  • Proven track record in developing business, with fresh ideas on how to achieve this / an established executive with a loyal longstanding book
  • Personable, well spoken and motivated
