DescriptionMake a real impact as a KS3 Core Subjects Tutor.Are you a passionate educator making a difference in the lives of students withSEMH needs We are looking for experienced and dedicated tutors in the Westminster area to join our tutor database. Youll provide personalised 1:1 support in Maths English & Science for KS3 students. Our tutors are skilled at developing and delivering engaging and informative lesson plans assessing student learning and providing academic support. They are also effective communicators and have a strong ability to build relationships with students.This job is in person in the Westminster area. Day(s): Monday - Friday // flexibleTime(s): School HoursSubject and Level: KS3 Maths English & ScienceStart date: Throughout the academic yearResponsibilities:Develop and deliver tuition programmes in small groups or 1:1Provide tuition that is appropriate for the individuals/groups needs and study level.Assessing any barriers to students learning and working to overcome these.Monitoring student progress and producing reports.Creating a positive and supportive learning environment.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum content and qualification frameworks youre providing subject tuition in.Regularly reporting updates to the Tuition Programmes Manager.RequirementsTo be successful in this role you should have:1 years of tutoring / teaching experienceExperience working with students with SEMH NeedsAbility to work with students of all abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsRight to be self employed in the UKBenefitsWhat We Offer:A friendly dynamic team that values collaboration and personal growthThe opportunity to make a difference in the lives of studentsCompetitive hourly rate: 30 - 35 per hour depending on experienceAbout Tutors GreenOur mission is to provide first-class tuition primarily for disadvantaged students through discounted and pro-bono services across the UK.
