Demonstrating 5-10 years' experience in a production assembly environment. Diagnosing faults related to machine wear and product quality. Working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Supporting the Assembly Area Department outside of regular hours, as needed. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Strong communication skills to liaise with personnel at all levels. Overview: The Assembly Area Department is responsible for assembling 1 million products per week. This role is pivotal to maintaining production output and offering process improvements.
