Role Overview

As a Head of Sales, you will be at the forefront of our dealership, overseeing and motivating the sales team to achieve outstanding results. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and results-oriented leader who thrives on challenges and is passionate about the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase dealership profitability and customer retention.
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and adjust strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, pricing, and presentation of vehicles on the sales floor.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in automotive management.
  • Leadership: Proven track record in leading a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Automotive Knowledge: Strong knowledge of automotive products and the dealership sales process.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, dealership management software, and MS Office Suite.
