Software Engineer – AI Automation Architect

Join a fast-growing personal finance and media platform as the lead architect for a next-generation AI automation ecosystem. This role is pivotal in designing, building, and maintaining robust automated workflows that integrate n8n, ChatGPT Atlas, and a range of APIs and cloud or self-hosted environments. The focus is on streamlining content production, lead management, analytics, and client outreach for a high-impact finance-media brand. You will work independently to solve complex integration challenges, ensuring modularity, scalability, and security across all automation processes. The position is fully remote, with an immediate start and an initial two-month delivery timeline, offering the opportunity to become a long-term technical partner driving ongoing technology growth.Responsibilities Architect, develop, and maintain automated workflows using n8n and ChatGPT Atlas Integrate APIs including YouTube, Gmail, Attio, and CRM systems for seamless data flow Design event-driven architectures and implement robust error handling and monitoring Automate content production, lead enrichment, segmentation, and personalized outreach Build analytics pipelines to generate daily insights and support business operations Ensure secure OAuth authentication and manage cloud or self-hosted deployments Document workflows and provide ongoing support for system enhancements Collaborate directly with the founder to align automation with business objectivesSkills And Requirements Proven expertise in n8n, ChatGPT Atlas, and AI-driven workflow automation Strong experience with API integration, webhooks, and event-driven systems Deep understanding of OAuth, security best practices, and error handling in automation Proficiency in integrating LLMs and agent systems within automated workflows Ability to design modular, scalable, and maintainable automation architectures Experience with analytics, CRM, and content production automation Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Strong documentation and communication abilities Availability for immediate start and commitment to a two-month initial delivery Prior experience in finance, media, or high-growth digital platforms is a plusAbout TwineTwine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
