Meraki Talent is working alongside a global Financial Services organisation to appoint an Officer within the Investment team. This is a full-time opportunity which is suitable for individuals with at least 2 years’ experience gained from a financial services administrator role, looking to kickstart a career in finance.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting various teams within the wider Investment Team
- Daily reconciliation of stock breaks between the clients’ internal holdings
- Reconciliation of cash balances
- Process cash payment requests
- Working with other departments to enhance processes for the greater efficiencies and controls within the team
To be considered for this role you must:
- Be highly motivated, driven, and ambitious with the enthusiasm to learn
- Have the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Be a team player but also be able to work well independently
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be competent using Microsoft Office packages
- Possess skills which enable to you to plan and prioritise workload
