A Nottingham based manufacturing company are looking to recruit multi skilled Maintenance Engineer to work on a permanent Night shift at their modern food production facility based in South Nottingham.  As a multi skilled Maintenance Engineer you will provide engineering support to the production area and be responsible for reactive and proactive maintenance of plant, equipment, and any auxiliary systems.Role:Multi skilled, electrically biased or a mechanical engineer with strong electrical skills3 on 3 off shifts – Nights (12 hour shifts 6pm - 6am)Opportunity to work in a modern manufacturerBenefits:Salary of c£50k - £55k (Dependent on experience)    + extra OTSubsidised canteenOnsite free parkingKey responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer:Assist team to work towards maximum plant and equipment efficiency so downtime is minimisedEnsure planned engineering tasks are delivered on time and in fullEnsure good repair / manufacturing practices and procedures are followedEnsure completion of planned maintenance documents / CMMSWork closely with production staff to achieve daily targetsContribute to cost reduction initiatives to drive efficiency and process improvementsExperience and skills required:Qualified maintenance engineer with C&G’s or NVQ Level 3 or ideally ONC / HNC levelMulti skilled, mechanical and electrical skills / experienceApprenticeship trainedProactive attitude to solving issues and supporting productionManufacturing / production experience requiredTo applyIf you are an experienced multi skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge at a great company please apply by sending your CV, or if you need further information please contact Stuart Cooper on:(phone number removed)Email: (url removed)Wagstaff Recruitment – Building Trusted Relationships to Create Great Opportunities
