So join us as an Activity Co-ordinator and let your creativity and enthusiasm flourish.Youll help us make health happen byWe identify engaging activities for our residents through careful assessment observation and conversation while keeping precise records. By connecting with residents their families friends and colleagues we gain a deep understanding of each residents interests abilities and challenges fostering active participation. We support the Head of Activities in orchestrating special events like garden parties concerts and excursions always mindful of the budget and meticulous in our financial tracking. We aid residents in personal tasks such as letter writing shopping and reading and encourage them to engage in their individual hobbies. Our commitment includes regularly refreshing and promoting the activities program within the village and the local community.Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:Previous experience organising events would be advantageous especially if you have experience working with the elderly and/or vulnerable. Your positive attitude and energetic humorous nature are key to inspiring residents.
