Our esteemed client is searching for a talented Interior Architect to join their team and contribute to the design and delivery of their high-end residential projects. The successful candidate will work closely with their clients and construction teams to create exceptional living spaces that exceed expectations.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop innovative and functional design concepts for high-end residential refurbishments and extensions
  2. Create detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and specifications for interior spaces
  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions
  4. Coordinate with the construction team to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and delivered to the highest standards
  5. Select and specify materials, finishes, fixtures, and fittings that align with the project brief and client expectations
  6. Manage the design process from concept through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in the high-end residential sector
  8. Contribute to the development of the company's design ethos and portfolio


Requirements:


  1. Degree in Interior Architecture or a related field
  2. Proven experience in designing residential interiors
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail
  4. Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  7. Passionate about creating exceptional living spaces that combine functionality and aesthetics
