Your new companyYou will be working for a not-for-profit charity that supports adults with substance misuse treatment. This role is to sit within the administrative function for the service, providing a range of support including reception and data entry.

Your new roleYou will work 21 hours a week on the reception for the service. These hours can either be split over 5 days or worked in 3 full days. One of the days MUST be a Wednesday due to the needs of the service.You will work alongside the wider team of management, recovery workers and support workers to provide administrative support. This will include:

  • Reception cover - answering phones, signing in visitors to the building, handling mail
  • Managing petty cash for residents
  • Updating databases
  • Creating letters and documents
