Role Overview:

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will collaborate with senior professionals to execute strategic financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other advisory projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive financial analysis, modeling, and valuations to support client engagements.
  • Prepare detailed presentations, pitch decks, and reports for client meetings and internal decision-making.
  • Conduct due diligence and assist in the seamless execution of complex transactions.
  • Support senior team members in managing client relationships and addressing client needs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in investment banking is required.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts effectively.
  • Fluency in English is required.
