ICT Manager

Dedicated to leading our digital transformation and the implementation of new systems, applications and solutions, we are in a position to welcome you to come and join our success story Remote working with travel to offices in the North West when required, we provide an exceptional benefits package, in addition to ongoing career development.As our ICT Manager, you will lead the team through our transition to a new software solution, contributing technically to the success of the project. You will be responsible for:-

• Day to day leadership of a small ICT Helpdesk function
• Evaluating user needs and systems functionality to ensure the correct design and development of systems
• Managing the day to day operations of the IT business systems
• Ensuring business critical systems are upgraded in line with the vendor road maps, back up strategies and testing.
• Identifying, building and developing a network of external partnerships
• Managing budgets and resources
• Driving the vision for the opportunities this change in solution will present post implementation

If you possess a combination of some of the following skills then LETS TALK

• Proven track record of leading a technical team
• Experience overseeing applications and software deployment and implementations
• Demonstrable experience of delivering high levels of customer service
• Experience of contract management
• Evidence of working and influencing with external partners at senior level
• The ability to interpret complex data and use it to inform business decisions
• Experience of working proactively to develop services and improve customer satisfaction
• IT skills - Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft software suite.
