Vacancy Description


As an Apprentice Surveyor you will be providing essential administrative and technical support to the team whilst gaining valuable experience of the role of a surveyor. The work will be varied and carried out in the office and on site as well as involving visits to client and consultant offices.

As an Apprentice Surveyor your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Shadowing surveyors
As above but assisting where experience allows
Attending internal and external team progress and client meetings
Preparing design and contract documentation.
Arranging meetings.
Attending site and taking notes and photographs measuring and generally assisting
Data entry
General office admin duties

Candidate Essential Requirements

Skills Required:
Competent user of MS Office Word Excel and Powerpoint programmes
Selfstarter
Analytical skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Must be able to manage time and prioritise work/instructions effectively

Personal Qualities Required:
Friendly and personable
Well organised and thorough
Good communicator and able to deal with people on all levels
Good team player
Keen and enthusiastic learner
