NRL are looking for a Planner with P6 experience to work for one of our Rail Engineering clients on a contract basis.  This role is inside IR35.Approx 42 hours per weekMust have:  Experience working within an alliance environment;  Experience of working within a highly regulated industry;  Rail industry experience (desirable);  Experience of project planning for projects of substantial in value;  Must have hands-on experience with resource loading and earned value management using Primavera P6 Professional. Location: Any of the folloowing: Doncaster, Leeds, York, Darlington or MiddlesbroughJob spec:  As the P6 Planner , you will report to the Planning Manager and support the Project Controls Manager. Responsible for the scheduling and integration all deliverables into the wider enhancement programme, in line with project controls procedures.  Ensure the area progress is submitted in line with the client's Policy;  Attend meetings with area project teams to facilitate early identification of risks / opportunities;  Maintain a robust and integrated schedule;  Ensure the KPI for the timely acceptance / non acceptance of vendor programmes is maintained;  Prepare project progress reports for the Programme Manager. The NRL Group connect global engineering companies with the right people to bring their projects to life.
