As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for closing sales over the phone. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a track record of meeting sales targets.Key Responsibilities & Duties· Contact potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products/services.· Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products/services.· Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.· Provide excellent customer service to all customers.· Update and maintain customer information in the company’s database.· Collaborate with key stakeholders in the business· Be responsible and accountable for your sales performance· Contribute positively to the team to create a fun working environmentExperience, Skills & QualificationsA. Have experience of closing sales over the phoneB. Confident and assertive communicatorC. Excellent written and verbal communication skillsD. Resilient and able to thrive in a targeted environmentE. Work well under pressureF. Strong customer service skills.G. Able to work independently as well as part of a team.H. Good organisational and time management skillsI. Knowledge of sales techniques and principlesJ. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
