Youll play a key role in shaping company strategy driving commercial performance and ensuring seamless execution across all customer-facing activities.Your remit will include managing commercial operations developing supplier relationships supporting HR and recruitment initiatives and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Youll also champion digital innovation CRM adoption and cross-departmental collaboration to deliver long-term growth and an exceptional customer experience.Candidate ProfileWere looking for a proven sales professional with strong commercial awareness and leadership skills gained within engineering manufacturing or technical distribution.
