Role Overview:


As a Security Engineer at KX, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our cutting-edge database solutions from potential cyber threats. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into our products and services, ensuring the highest level of protection for our customers' data and systems.


Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement security measures to protect KX database solutions from cyber threats.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the development and deployment processes.

• Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and address potential risks.

• Design and implement security controls to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.

• Monitor security systems and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.

• Stay updated on the latest security threats and industry best practices to continuously improve security posture.


Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

• Proven experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a database environment.

• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.

• Experience with security tools and technologies, such as intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and SIEM solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
