Were here to helpWe understand that18hours per week is not enough income for most people to financially BH2 thismust be your primary role and if we need you to cover at reasonable short notice then we expect you to fulfil that requirement.ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSEABM is looking for hardworking and proactive cleaningcoverOperative to join our team in Bournemouth area.Your duties will involve cleaning of Front of House areasand Back of House areasand includes hoovering using a Scrubber Dyer to clean frontand backof house mopping wiping kitchen area toilet cleaning and ensuring outside area is free from litterandmaintainedto a high standard.You will emptywasteand You will also be using a Baler and Compactor back of house.You must have good attention to detail andhigh standardsof cleaning.You willbe responsible fordisinfecting areas as per planner.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Dusting wiping and disinfecting all surfaces. Scrubbing kitchen and toilets and offices. Hoovering and mopping floors and using Floor Scrubber Dryerindoor and outdoor. Disinfecting all high touch points and ensuring outside is free from Litter. Detail work i.e. skirtings sills fixtures etc. Following group and company policies and procedures. Back of House and Front of House management of areas. Report anyapparentdeficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failureof service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment. Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly andin accordance withtraining received. Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reportingsystem.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Must be hardworking and with good attendance work to routine schedules and to proactively findtasks on your own initiative.ESSENTIAL Cleaning experience Good attendance Timekeeping Good Communicational Skills -Use Of radios isrequired.
