These temporary long-term roles are ideal for LSAs who want to make a real difference to students' learning and development. As an LSA, you will support teachers by working with individual students and small groups, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential. The successful LSA will be proactive, patient, and dedicated to supporting learners with a variety of needs. Key Responsibilities: Providing one-to-one and group support as an LSA. Assisting with lesson preparation and delivery. Supporting students with additional learning needs or SEN. Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour. Helping maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment. Requirements: Experience working with children or young people in schools or colleges. Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. A caring and patient approach, committed to student success. Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEN support) are desirable but not essential.
