About the Role:

As an Electrical Engineering Tutor/Trainer, you will:

Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for small groups of learners.

Develop and deliver practical, real-world training that equips learners with the skills needed in the industry.

Build strong, supportive relationships with learners, guiding them through their educational journey.

Collaborate with a friendly and forward-thinking team to create a positive learning environment.

Have the opportunity to work independently, utilising your organizational skills to manage your training programs effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality training programs in Electrical Engineering.

Assess learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback.

Assist in the creation and updating of training materials to ensure they meet industry standards.

Support learners in achieving their qualifications and career goals.

Foster a collaborative and motivating atmosphere within the training sessions.


Requirements:

Experience in Electrical Engineering, either in a training/teaching role or within the industry.

A natural ability to coach, mentor, and develop learners.

Strong organisational and relationship-building skills.

The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
