I am partnering with a European focused Hedge Fund in their search for an ISDA Negotiator to join their Legal and Compliance team on a permanent basis.


  • Mast trading agreement working knowledge
  • Conduct contract negotiations on behalf of the company's financial investment business, including various securities and derivatives trading agreements, such as ISDA master agreement and annexes, listed futures options agreements, prime brokerage agreements, securities lending agreements, etc.;
  • Track regulatory developments in popular global markets and assist in transaction compliance research based on the company's business expansion
  • Prime Brokerage documentation experience as well as establishing a document review process whilst formulating contract templates.


Requirements

  • The successful candidate must have multiple years of experience reviewing transactional documentation as well as the review of ISDA and transactional agreements, proficient in the negotiation skills of transaction agreements, and especially have sufficient review experience from both legal and compliance perspectives;
  • In addition to document review and negotiation practices, have standardization construction capabilities and be able to work closely with business departments to understand and formulate the review process and key points of transaction documents.
