NetSuite Systems AdministratorLocation: London – Hybrid – One day a week onsiteSalary: £70,000 – £75,000Our client is a PE-backed global NetSuite user who is looking to expand their internal systems team. They are in the middle of a global Systems rollout and are seeking a NetSuite Administrator to help them maintain their current system from a BAU and troubleshooting perspective.Responsibilities– Responsible for managing the day-to-day administration and monitoring of NetSuite– Responsible for the 1st line support of all users by triage, resolving user/system issues– Responsible for maintaining user access and roles, including on/offboarding, and aiding with any system issues.– New User training and onboarding– Responsible for managing the bi-annual system upgrades, training users on new features, developing workflows when required, building new saved searches/reports and documenting key processes. – Manage and optimise saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support business decision-making.Key skills:– 3+ years of NetSuite: A strong understanding of NetSuite from an administrator perspective is needed.– Experience: Previous experience as a system administrator (in a global company would be a bonus)– Understanding of Dashboards, user on/offboarding and training– Exposure to core financial (O2C, R2R, P2P)– Great communication skills– Experience supporting system upgrades and training users.If you are interested in the position above, please reach out to amber.frost@systemsaccountant.com or click this link to our website: NetSuite Systems Administrator - SystemsAccountants
