The Place:

Xpress is delighted to be working with this amazing property in Fife, theseHotel operators have currently gone through an internal restructuring and are now looking to appoint a Payroll Manager who will be fully responsible for managing the accuracy of the monthly company payroll. As part of this remit, you will be based within a small finance team and will report to the Director of Finance.

The Job

As Payroll Manager, you will be fully responsible for working with all heads of department as well as HR relating to all matters regarding rotas, new starts, leavers or changes to weekly or monthly wages or salaries thus ensuring accurate auditing and recording within your area of responsibility. The Person

Ideally, we are looking to talk to individuals who are currently working within an existing hotel payroll capacity and can clearly demonstrate that they have experience and perhaps now are looking to take a step up both in size of payroll and in responsibility. This is an exciting opportunity and would suit an individual who is looking to grow and develop their current all-round skills in areas of communication, and IT skills in Excel. The company currently uses the payroll system called ADP payroll so any applying candidate with this knowledge would indeed be beneficial.
