Gro Careers is working directly with Senior Management, including the Head of Design + Project Management, to appoint a passionate and experienced team of Architectural Professional with proven Design Management expertise into their dynamic MENA DM team.


You will be at the heart of some of the most exciting and soon to be highly publicised architectural projects in the Middle East.


As one of our clients dedicated Design Managers, you will not only be managing and overseeing design projects but you will also be directly engage with top-tier clients, including prestigious investors and ambitious developers in the region.


Your role will place you in a vibrant, creative design-led environment where your proven PM/DM expertise will help deliver the visions of their clients, who are shaping the future of the region.


What you need to be considered for this position...


  • Proven Project / Design Management experience on high-profile, design-led projects in the Middle East (or internationally as a minimum).
  • Proven ability to oversee medium to large scale teams and projects across RIBA Stages 0-4.
  • A background working with leading AJ100, WA100 or Multi-D firms.
  • Strong leadership skills with a talent for managing multidisciplinary and creative teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and adapt to the dynamic demands of international project management.
