CRM Executive (12-Month Fixed-Term Maternity Cover)

Location: Office-Based (37.5 hours/week, Mon-Fri 9:00 am – 5:30 pm)

About the Role

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a CRM Executive to join our client’s marketing team for a 12-month maternity cover. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role, working closely with the CRM Manager and Head of Marketing to deliver impactful customer retention campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise email and SMS marketing campaigns, including triggered and recurring communications.
  • Manage the monthly email marketing calendar and ensure campaigns align with tone and brand guidelines.
  • Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
  • Generate and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Assist with audience targeting, A/B testing, and day-to-day administration tasks.


About You

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years in CRM or digital marketing.
  • Expertise in email campaign development and automation.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and using performance metrics to drive improvements.

  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to manage stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to multitask effectively.
