Contract Manager (Fit-Out) Lisburn Highly Competitive Salary Positions have become available with one of our clients work load in UK / ROI. They are a specialist interior and refurbishment main contractor who have built an excellent reputation for delivering a wide range of high-end luxury projects across several sectors, including residential, hospitality, commercial and retail. Due to their growth this year they are looking to hire a Contracts Manager to the Team. Benefits: Highly Competitive Salary, Health Plan, Laptop and Phone, 1 day per week at home. Day to Day: Review Contract details, Tender documents, and Pre-construction information. Review tender programme and create construction programme. Initiate site mobilisation and oversee site set up is implemented. Hold Pre-start meetings with sub-contractors. Liaise closely with the project QS and Site manager to ensure cost control. Manage approved sub-contractors to ensure health and safety is adhered to. Monitor live projects for Quality of work, cost, and programme implications. Attend project meetings and create regular progress reports. Control and oversee the snag and de-snag of projects. I can provide a full specification for you if you want to take a read at it. Experience & Qualifications: 3+ years experience as a Contracts Manager in Fit-Out Projects. Be commercially aware to ensure the project is delivered as efficiently as possible. Exercise a positive attitude to ensure client requirements are achieved. Good contractual knowledge with JCT & D&B Contracts. Experienced with CDM Health & Safety and O&M Manuals.
