As an Oracle Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and strategic initiatives within our HR systems. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
