We are recruiting for Relief Chef de partie /Sous Chef/Head Chef in various locations. Be your own boss. Flexibility you have control over your work life balance. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in working in a variety of locations and offers flexibility and constant change.What we are looking for: Creative and experienced relief chef's Knowledge of British produce and high quality cuisine Passion for Food and Customer Service Capable of running your own section, leading a team Previous experience as Chef de Partie/ Sous Chef or Head Chef Own transport an advantageWe require all staff to be trained to at least Senior Chef de Partie level and hold NVQ level 2 certificates or the equivalent, and an up-to-date food hygiene certificate.
