Location: Central London

Salary: Up to £65k + Travel


My client is a well known Developer who are currently looking for a Senior Technical Coordinator to join their division in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established design team and work alongside an experienced team.

This will be a site based role. The project has another 6+ years left on it.


Role

As Senior Technical Coordinator you will:

  • Provide technical design co-ordination and the manage the delivery of this information
  • Work alongside an experienced design team on a 350 unit scheme.
  • Appoint and manage consultants and to manage allocated projects
  • Work with consultants for timely issues of information to enable programmes to be adhered to
  • Provide technical advice on schemes being considered for purchase and prepared for planning applications


Candidate

Senior Technical Coordinators applying to this role must have:

  • Strong residential, RC Frame experience
  • Worked for a main contractor/Developer / architectural firm looking to transition over
  • Ideally dealt with the new BSR
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a company
  • Effectively prioritise work to ensure delays don't occur at any time during the project
