Our rapidly expanding infrastructure services company is looking for a Data Center & Office Cabling Technician to join our energetic, growing team. If you take pride in high-quality installation work and have a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you.The RoleThis is a field-based position, travelling between client sites in and around London. You will be responsible for delivering high-standard fibre and copper cabling services across both data centres and office environments.Your ResponsibilitiesInstall, terminate, and test fibre (single-mode & multi-mode) and copper (Cat5e/6/6a) cablingComplete patching, labelling, and documentation to professional standardsPerform rack & stack: installing servers, switches, PDUs, cabinets, and hardwareWork confidently with conduit, trunking, tray, ladder rack, and all containment systemsConduct site visits, surveys, and troubleshooting as requiredCollaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and deliver quality installationsRepresent the company professionally while travelling from job to jobExperience RequiredProven experience working in multiple data center environmentsStrong fibre & copper installation, termination, and testing experienceFamiliarity with Fluke or similar certification equipmentExperience with structured cabling standards and containment systemsComfortable working independently in a field-based roleMust hold a full UK driving licenceWorking HoursMonday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:00pmOvertime available for evening/weekend work when requiredWhy Join?Work for a company experiencing rapid growth with strong project demandGenuine opportunities to progress, gain new skills, and grow with the businessSupportive, enthusiastic team culture where a positive, can-do attitude is valuedVaried work across high-profile data centres and office fit-outs
