This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse experience looking to step into a leadership role and grow their skills within a supportive team. Your role as a Junior Warehouse Team Coordinator Oversee the creation, implementation, and completion of daily allocated work * Assemble components for orders and stock * Monitor team productivity and ensure realistic targets are met * Liaise with the despatch supervisor to maintain stock levels and plan for large orders * Attend weekly/monthly meetings and training sessions * Deliver staff training on equipment use, waste disposal, chemical handling, labelling, and packaging identification * Ensure accurate stock recording and documentation Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment * Strong organisational and communication skills * Ability to lead and motivate a small team * Comfortable with hands-on tasks and training others * Reliable, punctual, and proactive * Willingness to attend training and contribute to continuous improvement * Proof of forklift experience is required (in-house or fully accredited licence) Pay & Hours Hourly Rate:£14.00 per hour *Shift Pattern:Monday to Friday *Working Hours:08:00 - 16:00 *Weekly Hours:37.5 hours per week What's in it for you?
