As a Full-stack Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our development team through the design, development, and deployment of our web applications. You will leverage your extensive experience with .NET, C#, and React.js to create robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. Your leadership will be key in driving best practices, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers through the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET, C#, and React.js.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure high-quality software.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on .NET, C#, and React.js.
  • Proven experience in a tech lead or similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Knowledge of other frontend frameworks like Angular or Vue.js.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
