Working with a diverse range of customers, they combine the flexibility of a small, highly skilled team with the reach and capability of a larger logistics network.They are seeking an experienced Senior Freight Forwarder with a strong background in road freight operations to join their close-knit and collaborative team in Bristol.Key Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, manage full-cycle road freight forwarding operations, including quoting, booking, routing, and documentation.Coordinate efficiently with suppliers, hauliers, and partner agents to ensure on-time delivery and a smooth execution of domestic and international freight services.Oversee import/export processes, ensuring compliance with UK and international regulations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing proactive updates and problem-solving support.Work collaboratively across the wider operations team to support multimodal logistics solutions (air, sea, and road).Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
