Our client is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover the Maidstone & surrounding areas; this person is responsible for carrying out field-based service and repairs on fitness equipment to a high standard in a professional and customer-focused way. This role will involve travelling to various customer locations in and around the Southeast of England, Maidstone and surrounding areas and on occasions further afield as the role requires. Location: Maidstone and surrounding areaSalary: CompetitiveContract: PermanentBenefits: 26 days holiday, Pension, Life Assurance, Company Vehicle & Fuel Card As the Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for: Responsible for the configuration, quality, and accuracy of products.Independently isolate and resolve issues raised by customers.Troubleshoot product issues and effectively complete repairs.Understanding of spare parts and routine product repairs.Ensure specified processes, procedures, and reporting methods are followed.Perform preventive maintenance checks and adjustments.Perform product repairs and maintenance at client sitesProvide outstanding customer service in educating customers on product repair, maintenance and usage.Serve as product expert and brand ambassador.
