Your CareerAs Principal Product Manager (AI) for People First, you’ll own the AI strategy, adoption, and delivery across HR, Payroll, Analytics, and Finance - translating emerging technologies into practical product strategies that simplify and transform the world of work. You’ll define a clear product vision, roadmap, and delivery‑ready backlog; validate problem spaces through discovery; and set high‑quality requirements and acceptance criteria. As the organisation’s AI product expert, you’ll deepen your knowledge continuously, coach product teams, champion responsible and ethical AI, and communicate complex ideas with clarity - balancing commercial focus, customer value, and long‑term strategy. Your TeamOperating within our agile product trio model (Product Manager, Product Designer, Technical Lead), you’ll guide cross‑functional squads to design and ship AI‑powered experiences that delight users and create competitive advantage. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure efficient delivery to definition of done, partner with UX and Research to run evidence‑led discovery, and work with Product Marketing on go‑to‑market plans, enablement, and business readiness (from impact analyses to user guides and videos). You may lead one or more product teams, mentoring Product Managers and fostering inclusive, high‑trust collaboration that removes barriers and accelerates outcomes. Your ImpactYou will champion AI‑driven innovation that measurably improves customer outcomes and product and business OKRs - setting success metrics, instrumenting data coverage, and making evidence‑based prioritisation and scoping decisions (including MVPs and iterative releases). By proactively engaging customers and stakeholders, selecting and managing strategic partnerships, and coordinating launches that deliver clear ROI for MHR, you’ll influence product direction across domains.
