Working closely with the Service Manager you will help lead a dedicated team of specialist staff in supporting autistic adults with complex needs.Our service operates Monday to Friday 8:00am 5:00pm providing tailored support for up to 12 adults (FTE). We focus on promoting independence achieving personal goals and creating purpose and meaning in the lives of the people we support through activities they enjoy and that matter to them.As Deputy Manager you will be responsible for providing skilled person-centred support while also mentoring developing and managing a team of support staff. Your responsibilities will include creating and managing rotas using People Planner conducting staff supervisions and overseeing performance to ensure a high standard of care is consistently delivered.
