Plumber

Plumber immediately required for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive based in Coleraine. This is a temporary post for a minimum of 3 months, with a salary of £12.02 per hour. Working hours will be 8:30am 4:30pm Monday Friday. The post holder will be working with the Housing Executive travelling to properties to carry out any essential plumbing work that is required. Duties: Inspect, repair and replace any plumbing systems in NIHE properties and leave them in a safe and tidy condition Collaborate with other staff or contractors on sites as necessary Support and mentor apprentices as necessary Other Ad hoc duties Essential Criteria: Successfully completed a plumbing apprenticeship Minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a plumbing environment Understanding of Health & Safety requirements Desirable Criteria: 3 years relevant experience working in a plumbing environment Full driving licence that includes C1 category What We Will Offer You: Competitive salary Opportunity to work within the public sector Inclusion into our company pension scheme Paid Annual Leave No weekend work Skills: Plumbing Heating Social Housing
