We are looking for 3 qualified mortgage brokers/advisors to join our growing team.
If you are a qualified to give mortgage advice and are looking for a way to grow independantly, then this is the opportunity you have been looking for.
Role description
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their mortgage options and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations. You will analyze financial information, evaluate mortgage applications, and recommend suitable mortgage products to clients. You will also build and maintain relationships with clients and lenders to ensure a smooth mortgage process.
As this role is remote, you work your own hours

- Various sources of lead enquiries. The type, quality, amount and frequency of leads is determined by the advisor and is subject to cost.

Role requirements
- Mortgage Marketing and Finance skills
- In-depth knowledge of Mortgages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
- CF1 & 6 or
- FPC 1, 2, 3 and MAQ or
- FPC 1, 2, 3 and CeMap Bridger or
- FPC 1, 2, 3 and CF6 or
- RO1 and CF6 or
- CeMap 1 and CF6 or
- FP1 and CF6 or
- CeMap level 3
Relevant skills and qualifications in the areas of customer service, sales, and negotiation would also be beneficial.
Please review payplan for a guide to anticipated income. You can sell mortgages from day one but there will be a period where you are building your bank of clients and proc fees are paid within 2 weeks from completion.
You can use your own accountant or utilise our company accountant for an additional cost.
