Duties:
- Arrange collection of goods.
- Taking airline bookings and processing these.
- Processing/collecting export documentation.
- Submitting export entries on CDS.
- Following export procedures and dealing with special export requirements.
- Communicating daily with overseas agents; suppliers and customers.
- Providing updates with progress of shipments & sending post shipment documents.
- Resolving issues and always providing excellent customer service.
