Senior Structural Revit Technician £48k-£58k Henley-On-Thames Are you passionate about contemporary state of the art buildings design and impacting the space we live in? Do you have an outgoing personality and enjoy working with the full chain of design to construction? An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Structural Technician to join a dynamic and progressive structural design consultancy in Henley-on-Thames. There could also be the future option to work one or two days from their London office, but you do need to live within travelling distance of Henley. You must have several years of working in a buildings design practice and be an experienced hands on revit technician, who really understands how buildings go together. You should be able to lead projects from the drawing and modelling side of things, and be competent with RC detailing and steel connections. All work here is done using Revit. You would need to be a strong communicator, able to manage and juggle multiple projects at once, mainly in the residential and commercial buildings sectors. This includes new builds, refurbishments and conversions. Projects include state of the art contemporary designs, humanitarian projects and community works.
