Assist in surgical procedures while maintaining a safe, sterile environment. Prepare and manage surgical instruments and equipment. Monitor patients throughout their procedures. Collaborate effectively with the surgical team for efficient patient care. Follow strict infection prevention and control protocols. Accurately document patient information while maintaining confidentiality. About You Our client is looking for professionals with: Previous experience as a Theatre Practitioner or in a similar role (preferred). Experience in ophthalmology (a strong advantage). Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and critical care principles. Proven ability to analyse situations and make critical decisions under pressure. Expertise in maintaining a sterile environment and infection prevention practices. Basic Life Support certification (essential).
