Role Overview: Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Front Office Manager by overseeing the day-to-day running of Day & Night reception team & Duty Managers. Managing your team to ensure team is aware each day of events, room availability & VIP guests arriving or in house. To anticipate guests needs and to react to these to enhance the guest journey.
