Maintenance Engineer


Shift Schedule:Rotational 4 on 4 off day and night shifts


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and compile condition reports according to the site maintenance plan.
  • Organise and execute both corrective and reactive maintenance tasks to minimize production downtime.
  • Conduct dynamic risk assessments.
  • Monitor malfunctioning equipment and promptly inform site management.
  • Engage in engineering projects, including new installations and refurbishments.
  • Record daily progress in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Utilise engineering skills in problem-solving workshops.
  • Begin each shift with operational review meetings, providing updates on maintenance plans, live defects, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
