SIOP Controller

If so, this position could be the perfect fit for you Our client is a global provider of precision engineered and metal treatment solutions.   Due to an ever-increasing order book, they are looking for a SIOP Controller to join the business to ensure alignment between sales forecasts and production plans. SIOP Controller Permanent, Full time Dependant on experience Working Hours - Mon – Thurs 8 am to 16:45 - Fri 8 am to 12:00pm – 37hrs per week SIOP Controller Job DescriptionSales Forecasting: Support the sales team in analyzing data for accurate forecasts on monthly, quarterly, and annual outputs.Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control strategies to maintain optimal stock levels across raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods.Operational Planning: Collaborate with operations teams to align sales forecasts with production plans and procure materials efficiently.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, monitoring external factors that may impact sales and operations.Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and stay updated on industry best practices.  SIOP Controller Essential Experience/Skills/QualificationsExperience in aerospace environments is beneficial.Outstanding communication skills.Proven experience in sales and operations planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Effective problem-solving abilities and experience with MRP systems.Knowledge of raw materials to support key customer requirements.  If you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply
