Bank Workforce Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bank Workforce Analyst is to provide high quality support to the Lead Analyst and Establishment Manager in the delivery of monthly workforce information reporting and the forecasting and implementation of the annual pay review process.

Role Requirements

Support production of operational month end Management Information reporting.

Provide analysis of key workforce information areas to support the Lead Analyst and Establishment Manager, identifying trends and highlighting areas of concern.

Work with the wider People Team to ensure that regulatory reporting requirements are met.

Able to manage own time to meet reporting deadlines as agreed.

Support the maintenance of the HR system to ensure data held is accurate, complete and up to date.
