Our client are looking for a powder sprayer to join their teams working Monday to Thursday (3 day weekend) on 12 hour nightsWe are looking for an experienced Powder Coating Operative. Reporting to the Production Supervisor (Powder Coating), you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working night shifts with potential overtime. Your expertise in powder coating and ability to meet deadlines are crucial.Key Responsibilities:•Prepare parts before powder coating.•Hang and unhang parts efficiently.•Execute high-quality powder coating, maintaining their standards.•Spray powder to the correct thickness, working with a variety of products from extrusions to large surfaces.•Work effectively with the powder coating team.Qualifications & Competencies:•Proven experience with manual spraying systems.•Proficiency in preparing parts for powder coating.•Keen eye for quality and detail.•Strong team player with the ability to meet targets.•Punctuality and commitment to the shift pattern
