Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break)

Salary: Entry level with minimal experience £28,000, 1 – 3 Yrs in Claims Advisor/Warranty Role £30,000, 3 years + in Service Advisor Role/Claims Processor Role (Commercial) £32,000+

About the Role

I am recruiting for an organised and detail-focused Claims & Invoice Processor to join a busy team. Reporting to the Group Claims & Invoice Manager (HGV), you will play a key role in ensuring warranty, repair and maintenance claims, and customer invoices are processed accurately and within required timescales.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong customer service skills, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Claims & Invoice Processor, you will:

• Process Warranty and Repair & Maintenance (R&M) claims through manufacturer systems, ensuring all information is accurate and submitted within manufacturer deadlines.
• Complete retail invoicing for customer accounts, following agreed customer processes including obtaining purchase order numbers and online authorisations where required.
