Job DescriptionAre you a proactive detail-oriented technical professional looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced people-driven environmentAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Technical Manager to join a thriving and rapidly growing food manufacturing business. With a strong presence in both branded and private label markets this business has doubled in size over the last four years and continues to lead through innovation collaboration and a commitment to quality.This role is based primarily at our Somerset factory with regular weekly travel to London and occasional travel within the EU.Key Responsibilities:Ensure all food products produced and imported into the UK comply with relevant legislation and labelling requirementsReview and approve artwork for accuracy and technical complianceAct as the key technical contact for UK customers regarding products manufactured outside the UKSupport technical administration related to non-UK manufacturing sitesFacilitate clear communication between UK operations and non-UK production sitesAssist in resolving any quality or compliance issues with external sitesParticipate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiativesBackground & Experience:Strong understanding of UK food retail technical requirementsAbility to work independently and adapt to shifting prioritiesKnowledge of food legislation and regulatory standardsIf youre passionate about technical excellence and ready to play a key role in a high-growth high-impact business wed love to hear from you.Apply now to be part of a company that values expertise fosters autonomy and champions innovation.
