Supply Chain Coordinator - Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supply chain role (Ocean Freight and Road Freight)
  • Essential - experience & good knowledge of dealing with
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Problem-solving & multi-tasking skills

Supply Chain Coordinator - Responsibilities

  • Managing customer and key accounts
  • Working to customers SLA’s, league times & KPI’s
  • Planning/scheduling with factories in the far east regarding schedules etc.
  • Assist in the daily management of customer accounts
  • Ensure all sales orders are received and processed promptly to meet customer requirements
  • Order Processing and Invoicing
  • Liaising with factories in the Far East (MUST have knowledge of this)
  • Analysing supply-chain functions & activities
  • Producing reports (sales/inventory/deliveries/shipments)
  • Dealing with urgent/late shipments
  • Supporting sales team
  • Maintain customer product listings and handle payment processing
  • Customer & supplier query handling
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure their expectations are met
  • Administration duties
