Annual salary: up to 40537.99Repairs & Continuous Improvement ManagerLocation: CardiffContract Type: Full-Time Fixed-Term Contract. 40 hours per weekMonday to FridaySalary: Up to 40537.99 per annum plus car allowanceAbout the Role:As a Continuous Improvement Manager within our Caerphilly branch you will be responsible for day-to-day management and delivery of our responsive repair service in one of the following areas Cardiff West (Cardiff outskirts Bridgend Swansea and sporadic properties throughout stock) Cardiff East (Cardiff city) Caerphilly and Blaenau Gwent. Responsible for meeting all Key Performance indicators and delivery of innovation and continuous improvement within the areas of responsibility.
